We deliver medical supplies, equipment and personal-care goods across Kenya, with same-day delivery in most parts of Nairobi.
1. Coverage
- Nairobi Metro: same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 15:00 EAT.
- Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.): next-day to 2 business days via courier.
- Rest of Kenya: 2–5 business days via regional courier partners.
2. Fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout and depend on distance, weight and dispatch mode. Large or fragile equipment may attract a handling fee, which we will confirm before dispatch.
3. Delivery attempts
Our rider or courier will attempt delivery twice. If we cannot reach you, the order is returned to the hub and a re-delivery fee may apply.
4. Cold-chain and prescription items
Certain items (e.g. cold-chain supplies) are dispatched only when a verified adult is confirmed available at the address and, where applicable, a valid prescription has been received.
5. Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment. Inspect goods on receipt and report visible damage to the rider or to us within 24 hours.
6. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, curfews, industrial action, supplier failures).
