1. What is protected
The BOMACARE name, logo, uniform mark, website, application, source code (except open-source components under their own licences), text, images, graphics, illustrations, icons, video and design are protected by the Copyright Act (Cap. 130) of Kenya and international copyright treaties.
2. Permitted use
You may view, share links to and privately print BOMACARE pages for personal, non-commercial use. Journalists may reproduce short excerpts with attribution. All other use requires written permission.
3. Prohibited use
You may not copy, adapt, scrape, republish or use BOMACARE content to train machine-learning models, or create derivative or competing services, without prior written permission.
4. Trade marks
"BOMACARE" and the BOMACARE logo are trade marks of the BOMACARE business. Use of these marks requires our permission.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, contact info@bomahomecare.care with sufficient detail for us to investigate and, where warranted, remove the material.
