This policy sets out what BOMACARE users may and may not do on our website and app. Breach may result in warning, suspension, termination and — where appropriate — report to law enforcement.
1. You must not
- Provide false or misleading information (including in bookings, applications, prescriptions or reviews).
- Use BOMACARE for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against any staff, provider or other user.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or code.
- Introduce viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code.
- Scrape, spider or otherwise extract data at scale.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
- Use the service to send unsolicited commercial communications.
2. Content you submit
You are responsible for content you upload (photos, documents, reviews, messages). Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or that reveals another person's private information without their consent.
3. Fair use
Automated access is allowed only through official APIs where documented. Do not place unreasonable load on our systems.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to info@bomahomecare.care. We investigate every credible report.
